PURPOSE: A microorganism-based decomposing agent for excrement treatment and a manufacturing method of the same are provided to change the environment of a carrier according to decomposition degrees and continuously implement decomposition according to the changed environment. CONSTITUTION: Aspergillus oryzae(genus aspergillus), bacillus subtills(genus bacillus), and genus nitrosomonas are cultivated to be prepared; Saw dust of 30-250 mesh particle sizes and cocopeat of 30-250 mesh particle sizes are prepared, and a carrier mixed with the sawdust and the cocopeat is prepared; microorganism bacteria is inoculated into the carrier to be homogenized; the aspergillus oryzae in the inoculated carrier is propagated in a clean room of RH 60-70% humidity and 25-35 Deg C for 35-48 hours; moisture is sprayed on the carrier to adjust the content of moisture; the bacillus subtills in the inoculated carrier is propagated in a clean room of RH 70-90% and 40-55 Deg C for 30-48 hours; and the carrier is dried.
