摘要

No chemicals are added in the process of hydrothermal treatment,so little influence on the environment occurs.According to the characteristics of corn stover biological tissue,corn stover was treated with hydrothermal treatment method before refining.The study focuses on the influence of hydrothermal treatment temperature and holding time on paper properties and morphological changes of different tissues in corn stover.The study found that when the temperature changed from 150℃ to 180℃,with the temperature increased,both tensile index and ring crush strength index increased first and then decreased,the fibers' length and width showed a decreasing trend,but the ratio of length to width was rising.When the holding time changed from 10min to 90min,with the holding time prolonged,both tensile index and ring crush strength index increased first and then decreased,at the same time,both the fiber length and the ratio of length to width decreased.Tensile index of 30.15N·m/g and ring crush strength index of 9.68N·m/g were achieved at the temperature of 170℃for 40min.The results show the corn stover can be used as raw material to make the packaging material with hydrothermal treatment.
