隐性教育是一种不带明显声势的资源模式。高校在开展思想政治教育的时候，必须充分利用各种途径，将隐性教育融入思想政治教育之中。文章在分析隐性教育内涵的基础上，探讨了高校隐性教育在思想政治教育中的作用和实施路径。%Recessive education is a resource model without obvious power, so this education should be merged in the ideological and palitical education at universities in various ways.
