大学生犯罪成因分析及防治路径研究——高职大学生犯罪分析与研究

摘要

The current university students' crime phenomenon is increasing and it is harmful to the society.It not only affect the security and stability of colleges and universities, but also has a negative impact on the growth of college students' group.In order to enhance college students' legal consciousness and reduce and even eliminate the crime psychology and behavior, we should guide the students to form good qualities of law-abiding, honest and trustworthy.We can strengthen the education on college students' social and family and supervision and enhance the special legislation.%高职院校大学生犯罪现象明显增多,社会危害性较大,不仅影响到学校和社会的安全与稳定,对大学生群体的健康成长也产生了负面影响.为了增强大学生法律意识,减少乃至消除大学生犯罪心理和行为,引导大学生养成遵纪守法、诚实守信的良好品质,可加强社会与家庭对大学生的教育和督促,加强国家专项规章制度的完善等.
