罪犯严重违规现象分析及预防——以福建某几所监狱为例

摘要

The criminals' serious violation behaviors bring great damage to the management of prison, and how to dispose and prevent the issue is the last defense line to guarantee the prison safe. Therefore, through analyzing some violation behaviors happened in the prisons in Fujian province, we are expected to research its developing trend and put forward some preventive measures so as to alleviate the reeducation contradiction, guarantee the supervision safety, and provide references to ensure the smooth development of the prison.%罪犯严重违规是对监管改造秩序的严重破坏，对罪犯严重违规的处置预防是保障监管安全的最后一道防线。综合分析福建几所监狱近三年来严重违规的数据，研究其发展趋势，提出预防应对措施，可为缓解改造矛盾、保障监管安全、确保监狱工作顺利开展提供参考。
