地方高校合同工党员发展工作困境及对策研究--以 C学院为例

         

摘要

随着高校人事制度的深化改革,地方高校合同工的人数日益增多、作用日趋明显,合同工党员发展工作面临着入党氛围不够、入党吸引力减弱、高校对合同工党员发展工作重视不够等问题。在新形势下,落实“以人为本”的工作理念,创新“结对共建”的党建模式,是保持共产党员先进性、践行社会主义核心价值观的重要任务,也是探索合同工党员发展工作新路径的重要保证。%The deepening reform of personnel management in institutions of higher learning witnesses an increas-ing number of and growing importance of contract workers in locally funded institutions of higher learning.The fostering of CPC members among contract workers is confronted with such problems as low morale to join the par-ty, declining appeal of joining the party and inadequate importance attached to the fostering of CPC members by the institutions.Under the new circusmtance, the notion of “orientation towards individuals” should be imple-mented, and“pair work” should be innovated in party construction, which are important tasks for keeping the progressiveness of party members, for practicing the core values of socialism and an important guarantee for the exploration of the route for the fostering of CPC members among contract workers.
