采用荧光光谱法研究了在DMSO中,对-[(对羧基)-苯偶氮基]杯[4]芳烃与甲萘威的相互作用.CBCAA对甲萘威的荧光猝灭作用表明了CBC4A与甲萘威之间可能形成了1∶1的包结物.计算了包结常数,根据不同温度下的包结常数,计算了热力学常数△H和△S,并由此证明包结反应是焓变驱动的过程,基于分子模拟图讨论了二者的包结模式.%The interaction behavior between p-(p = carboxylbenzeneazo) calix[4]arene (CBC4A) and carbaryl was investigated by fluorescence spectrometry in DMSO. It was found that the fluorescence intensity of carbaryl regularly quenched upon the addition of CBC4A which indicated that CBC4A forms complex with carbaryl in a 1:1 mole ratio. The inclusion constant was calculated. From the temperature dependence of the equilibrium constants, △H and △S values were obtained, indicating an enthalpic driving force for complexation. The proposed interaction mechanism has been discussed based on molecular modeling result.
