益生芽孢杆菌的筛选与鉴定

摘要

[目的] 筛选具有益生作用潜力的芽孢杆菌.[方法] 经高温处理从鸡肠道分离芽孢杆菌,通过抗逆性、抗菌活性等性能检测筛选菌株,通过生理生化分析鉴定菌种.[结果] 筛选到2株具有益生作用潜力的芽孢杆菌LBS53和LBS8;经过生理生化试验,鉴定LBS53为枯草芽孢杆菌,LBS8为蜡样芽孢杆菌.[结论] 筛选到的2株菌基本具备作为饲用芽孢杆菌制剂菌株的条件.尤其LBS53的优良生物学特性使其在饲料工业中具有良好的应用前景.%[Objective] The research aimed to screen Bacillus strains with potential probiotics. [Method] Bacillus strains were separated from chicken intestinal after high-temperature treatment and screened through the detection of properties such as the stress resistance and antimicrobial activity. The bacteria were identified through the analysis of physiological and biochemical properties. [Result] Two probiotic Bacillus strains with potential probiotics of LBS53 and LBS8 were screened. Through the physiological and biochemical tests, LBS53 and LBS8 were identified as Bacillus subtilis and Bacillus cereus, respectively. [Conclusion] The two screened bacteria have reached the criteria of Bacillus feed formulations. In particular, LBS53 with excellent biological properties has a good promising application prospects in the feed industry.
