提高丁芎癣药水质量标准的研究

摘要

[目的]提高丁芎癣药水的质量标准.[方法]建立了川芎的薄层色谱鉴别,并以气相色谱法测定丁香酚的含量.[结果]薄层色谱鉴别中,在供试品与川芎对照药材色谱相应的位置上,显相同的荧光斑点;含量测定中,丁香酚在1.002 8～10.0300 μg(r=0.999 6)呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率为101.2%,RSD为2.6%(n=9);各阴性均无干扰.[结论]所建立的质量标准可以作为丁芎癣药水的质量控制方法.%[Objective] The research aimed to improve the quality standard of Dingxiongxuan liniment. [Method] The identification of Rhizo-ma Chuanxiong by TLC was established,and the content of eugenol was determined by GC. [Result] The TLC spots were clear and distinguishable, the linear range of eugenol was within 1.002 8 - 10. 030 0 μg (r =0. 999 6). The average recovery rate was 101. 2% with RSD 2. 6% (n = 9). TheResults of TLC and GC could not be interfered by the blanks. [Conclusion] The quality standard could be used for quality control of Dingxiongxuan Liniment.
