政策性农业保险立法模式与立法框架研究

摘要

Four legislative models of the policy-oriented agricultural insurance abroad were summarized, including state-owned enterprise operating model, insurance company operating model, state-owned enterprise and insurance company operating model, mutual and cooperative operating model. China's experimental schemes of policy-oriented agricultural insurance were analyzed. The choice of legislative model and concrete legislative framework of the policy-oriented agricultural insurance in China were discussed.%总结了国外的4种政策性农业保险立法模式:政府主办下的国有化模式、政府扶持下的商业化模式、政府支持下的国有化-商业化混合模式、政府支持下的互助合作化模式,分析了中国的农业保险试点方案,探讨了中国政策性农业保险立法模式的选择及主要框架内容.
