农村基础人力资本投资对区域发展能力的影响

摘要

From the perspective of human resources development and regional economic cooperation, this paper expounds the basic conditions for socio-economic transformation and development in underdeveloped rural areas, and the ways to acquire basic human capital. On the basis of this, this paper further analyses the regional competitiveness difference arising from human capital difference, and proposes that we should solve this problem through sufficient supply of rural compulsory education.%从区域经济合作的人力资源开发视角出发,阐述了欠发达农村地区社会经济转型与发展的基本条件和基础人力资本获得的途径,在此基础上进一步分析了由人力资本差异所引致的区域竞争力差异,并提出通过农村义务教育的充分供给来解决该问题.
