良好农业规范在我国农产品贸易中的执行力研究

摘要

对我国良好农业规范的执行不力的原因进行了分析,在此基础上研究了欧盟、美国、加拿大、日本等国家的良好农业规范的运行状况,提出我国农产品的监管应该参考加拿大模式的建议.%The reason for inefficient conduction of the good agricultural practice in China was expounded. The operation of fine agricultural practice in Europe, America, Canada and Japan etc. Was studied. The surveillance of the agricultural product in China shall refer to the advice of Canada mode.
