银杏叶中总黄酮的提取工艺和含量测定的研究

             

摘要

[Objective] Hie aim was to study on the extraction and content deter mination methods for total flavonoids from GINKGO FOLIUM. [ Method ] Both the ultrasonic extraction and Soxhlet extraction methods were studied and improved. Content of total flavonoids in extraction solution was deter mined by coloration method. The optimal extraction condition for the extraction of total flavonoids from GINKGO FOLIUM was deter mined by the single - factor test. [ Result] The extraction rates of ultrasonic extraction and Soxhlet extraction methods were 0.83% and 1.10% , respectively. And the extraction rate of the combination of ultrasonic extraction and Soxhlet extraction was 1.37%. The optimum extraction condition was 20 min ultrasonic time ,60% ethanol concentration, 1:50 solid: liquid ratio, and heated refluxing for 2 h under 85℃. [ Conclusion ] The optimum extraction process for total flavonoids from GINKGO FOLIUM provided references for its further research and application.%[目的]研究银杏叶黄酮类成分的提取和含量测定方法.[方法]对银杏叶中总黄酮的乙醇提取法和超声提取法进行研究并加以改进,通过单因素试验确定银杏叶总黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件.以显色法测定提取液中总黄酮的含量,并对显色测定法进行改进.[结果]超声提取法提出率为0.83%,索氏提取法提出率为1.10%,超声提取与索氏提取结合法提出率为1.37%.最佳提取条件为:超声时间20 min、乙醇浓度60%、料液比1∶50(g/ml)、85℃下加热回流提取2h.[结论]优选出银杏叶中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺,为进一步研究和应用提供依据.
