北方地区博落回乙醇粗提物对两种蚜虫的毒力测试

摘要

[目的]探讨产自北方地区的博落回(Macleaya cordata)乙醇粗提物的毒力.[方法]利用博落回乙醇粗提物对麦长管蚜和桃粉蚜进行玻片浸渍法室内毒力测定.[结果]麦长管蚜与桃粉蚜24h的LD50依次为0.052 9 g/L与147.481 8 g/L;而48h的LD50依次为0.003 9 g/L与0.012 3g/L.[结论]北方地区博落回在蚜虫防治方面有一定的应用价值.%[Objective] The research aimed to study the toxicity of the primary alcohol extract of northern Macleaya cordata. [ Method] Using the method of slide maceration, the indoor virulence bioassay of this primary alcohol extract was carried out on controlling Sitobion avenue and Hyaloptera amygdali. [ Result]The results showed that the LD50 values of Sitobion avenae and Hyaloptera amygdale were 0. 052 9 g/L and 147.481 8 g/L in 24 h respectively, and the LD50 values of these aphids were 0. 003 9 g/L and 0. 012 3 g/L in 48 h respectively. [ Conclusion] Northern Macleaya cordata has the value on controlling aphids.
