超声法提取维吾尔药罗勒叶中总黄酮的研究

         

摘要

[目的]探讨维吾尔药罗勒叶中总黄酮的超声波提取法.[方法]采用正交试验,以总黄酮含量为考察指标,对影响总黄酮超声提取的因素进行研究.[结果]维吾尔药罗勒叶总黄酮的优化提取工艺为:乙醇浓度60%、料液比1∶30、提取时间60min.其中,乙醇浓度对提取效果影响明显.[结论]该工艺设计合理,操作简单可行.%[Objective] The research aimed to study the optimum extraction technique of total flavonoids from Ocimum basilicum L. By ultrasonic wave. [Method] With the content of total flavonoids as the observation index,the conditions for the extraction by ultrasonic wave were studied by the orthogonal experiment. [ Result] The optimum extracting conditions were extracting by 60% ethanol with solid-liquid ratio of 1:30 for 60 min. The ethanol amount had significant effects on the results. [Conclusion] This procedure was convenient,appropriate and feasible.
