城镇土地定级级别界线确定方法研究

摘要

通过分析城镇土地定级级别界线确定时存在的问题,按照相关规程要求,运用动态里地线模型和道路影响衰减模型,结合淮海经济区某城市土地定级实际,分别给出不同定级类型中级别界线确定的方法.%Through analyzing the existing problems in determining the boundaries of urban land grading level, by using the dynamic inside edge model and road influence decay model and combining with the land grading example of Huaihai economic zone, the paper presents different methods to determine the boundaries of urban land grading level according to the requirements of relevant regulations.
