[Objective] To explore the effects of silica nanoparticle ( nm-SiO2) nasal instillation on serum biochemical indicators of rats. [Methods] 25 SPF male SD rats were randomly divided into five groups,namely,control group of physiological saline,control group of μm-SiO2, low-dosage group of μm-SiO2 .middle-dosage group of μm-SiO2,high-dosage group of μm-SiO2. The rats were exposed to saline,nm-SiO2 or micro-sized SiO2 for 8 weeks. The blood of the rats were collected and analyzed by HITACHI 7080 Automatic Analyzer. [ Results] Compared with the control group, AST levels were significantly lower in the serum of nm-SiO2 -treated rats ( P 0.05). [Conclusion] These data indicated that nm-SiO2 nasal instillation had some effects on the biochemical indicators of liver function in a certain extent, while no significant effects on the biochemical indicators of renal function of the rats.%[目的]研究纳米二氧化硅(nm-SiO2)对大鼠血清生化指标的影响.[方法]25只SPF级雄性SD大鼠,随机分为生理盐水对照组、微米级二氧化硅对照组、纳米低剂量组、纳米中剂量组、纳米高剂量组5组,鼻腔滴注染毒8周;随后采集血液,采用生化分析仪检测血清生化指标.[结果] nm-SiO2染毒组与对照组相比,天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)水平显著降低(P<0.05),其余指标间差异均不显著(P>0.05).[结论] SD雄性大鼠鼻腔滴注nm-SiO2对肝功能生化指标有一定的影响,但对肾功能生化指标的影响不明显.
