应用于废水处理的光合细菌混合培养条件的优化

             

摘要

[ Objective ] The aim was to obtain the optimum cultural conditions for mixed photosynthetic bacteria. [ Method ] Optimized test was carried out under the environment and medium components on the multiplication of mixed photosynthetic bacteria ( Rhodopseudomonas palustris, Rhodopseudomonas capsulate and Rhodopseudomonas spheroides). [ Result ] The results showed that the optimum conditions were 25% inoculums density, 7.0initial pH, 5 000 Ix illumination intensity and 30 ℃ temperature. The optimum ratio of C/N was 4:1. [ Conclusion ] It would provide guidances for industrialized application of photosynthetic bacteria.%[目的]研究光合细菌混合培养的最佳条件.[方法]对沼泽红假单胞菌、荚膜红假单胞菌和球形红假单胞菌混合培养的环境条件和培养基组分进行了优化试验.[结果]光合细菌混合培养的最佳环境条件为:接种量25%,培养基初始pH为7.0,光照度为5 000lx,温度为30℃;培养基最佳碳氯比为4:1.[结论]为光合细菌的产业化应用提供了指导.
