表面活性剂对土壤中磺胺甲嗯唑解吸行为的影响

     

摘要

[ Objective] The research was conducted to study the effects of surfactants on the desorption of sulfamethoxazole in the soil. [ Method] Nature of surfactants, the desorption time and concentration of surfactants which might affect the desorption of sulfamethoxazole were investigated.[ Conclusion ] SDS and Tween 20 at the concentration of 6 CMC could achieve the highest desorption efficiency of sulfamethoxazole at two hours,and desorption efficiency of SDS was better than that of Tween 20. However,desorption of sulfamethoxazole from the soil was reducing with the increasc of the desorption time and the concentration of CTMAB ,which might due to the characteristics that CTMAB could be easily adsorbed by the soil at first. [ Conclusion]Surfactants could promote the desorption of the sulfamethoxazole in the soil.%[目的]为研究表面活性剂对土壤中磺胺甲唣唑的解吸行为提供理论依据.[方法]研究了3种类型表面活性剂Tween 20、SDS和CTMAB的性质、浓度和解吸时间对土壤中磺胺甲唣唑解吸行为的影响.[结果]在3种表面活性剂中,阴离子表面活性剂SDS和非离子表面活性荆Tween 20在浓度为6 CMC、2 h时对土壤中磺胺甲噁唑的解吸最有效,并且SDS解吸效率优于Tween 20.由于CTMAB易吸附于土壤中的特性,在刚加入的起始阶段会有较好的解吸,随其浓度和平衡时间的增加解吸效率降低.[结论]表面活性剂可以增加土壤中磺胺甲噁唑的解吸.
