基于协同管理理论的农业企业绩效评价指标体系的构建

         

摘要

基于协同管理理论,考虑到部门间的组织协调对于农业企业整体经营绩效的影响,对企业内部业务部门间的协调问题进行了分析.在借鉴前人研究成果的基础上构建了评价农业企业绩效的指标体系,以实地调研数据为基础,利用结构方程模型对其进行拟合、评估,力求找到最简洁、最准确的指标体系.%In consideration of the effect of the coordination between different departments on the overall performance of agricultural enterprises, the coordination between different department was analyzed by using the collaborative management theory. Based on the previous studies,the index system for evaluating the performance of agricultural enterprises was constructed, according to the field survey data, the structural equation model (SEM) was adopted for the fitting and evaluation of the index system, in order to find the most concise and the most accurate index system.
