The construction of environmental performance evaluation index system of cement manufacturing enterprises based on BSC and the PSR model

In the international background of environment management, the establishment of a scientific had a very important practical significance to the improvement of environmental management work of the enterprise. This paper based on existing research results at home and abroad, taking into account the many inadequacies of the existing indicators constructed BSC model system, especially the introduction of the concept of the PSR. Through the integration of the two models, first the problem that the construction index system in the traditional single model was not comprehensive enough can be avoided; second the logical relationship between the index systems can be highlighted. Finally, the cement industry was selected as a sample to verify the scientific constructed the index system in this paper.
