不同光照强度对蕨类植物光合指标的影响

         

摘要

[ Objective ] The research aimed to analyze the variations of relative physiological indexes in the ferns under the different illumination intensifies. [ Method] Pteris vittata, Cyclosorus interruptus( Willd. ) H. Ito and Nephrolepis auriculata( L. ) Trimen were the research materials. The three different illumination treatments which were the semi-shade (treatment A) ,no shade (treatment B) and full shade (treatment C) were set.The influences of different illumination intensities on POD activity,the contents of chlorophyll ,CAT and SS,the membrane permeability were studled. [ Result] When the illumination intensity was 4 145.00 1x,the decline range of total chlorophyll content was the biggest,and the membrane permeability,POD activity,the contents of CAT,SS were the highest. [ Conclusion ] The bright light wasn't favorable for the growth of three kinds of ferns. Therefore,in the actual production,it should shade moderately and avoid the bright hght to improve the product quality.%[目的]研究不同光照强度下蕨类植物相关生理指标的变化.[方法]以蜈蚣蕨、毛蕨和肾蕨为研究材料,设置半遮阴(处理A)、未遮阴(处理B)和全遮阴(处理C)3个不同的光照处理,研究不同光照强度对3种蕨类植物过氧化物酶(POD)活性、叶绿素含量、过氧化氢酶(CAT)含量、可溶性糖(SS)含量和细胞膜通透性的影响.[结果]在光照强度为4 145.00 lx下,总叶绿素含量的下降幅度最大,叶片的通透性、过氧化物酶活性、过氧化氢酶舍量和可溶性糖含量最高.[结论]强光对3种蕨类植物的生长不利,在实际生产中应适度遮阴,避免强光,以提高产品品质.
