应用型人才培养模式下的微生物学实践教学改革

摘要

针对当前生物产业应用型人才紧缺的现状,从微生物学实验课程体系建设、实习基地建设、毕业实习等方面分析生物产业应用型人才培养存在的主要问题,并以东北林业大学的生物产业应用型人才培养为例,在微生物学实验课程体系、就业实训平台类型的实习基地建设、毕业论文及大学生创新实验体系等方面进行教学改革,从而提高实践教学效果,促进生物产业应用型人才的培养.%Aiming at the status of applied talents lacking in biology industry, problems in applied talents training were analyzed from aspects of experimental course system construction of microbiology, practice base building, thesis, etc. The cultivation of applied talents in biology industry of Northeast Forestry University was used as an example, the pattern for innovation in experimental education of microbiology was presented from optimizing the experimental course system of microbiology, developing the practice base and the training system for obtain employment, innovation in thesis and created experiment for undergraduate, so as to improve practical teaching effect and promote applied talents culture in biology industry.
