[目的]研究丰39S的选育过程、配组表现及其在生产上的利用.[方法]以广占63S为材料,采用离子束诱变处理,经5年7代选育而成的两用核不育系,研究其形态特征、育性转换规律、配制组合的表现及制种繁殖技术要点.[结果]丰39S具有不育起点温度低、农艺性状优良、米质较优、广亲和、高异交结实率、配合力强等优点,2006年通过安徽省农作物品种审定委员会审定.利用丰39S已选配出一系列高产优质杂交稻组合通过国家或审级审定.[结论]丰39S是一个综合性状优良的水稻两用核不育系,配组表现好,具有较大的应用前景.%[Objective]The purpose was to compare three methods for determing rye seed vigor, and confirm to its suitable determination method.[Method]Three commonly used methods for determination of seed vigor, TTC method, the red ink method and the ultraviolet absorp tion spectrophotometry, were used to determine rye seeds' vigor, and distiller water method as control.[Result]The results show that there was no significant difference in determining rye seeds' average germination rate between TTC method and the control. The average germination rate obtaining by the red ink method was 10. 13% higher than that of the control, and there was a significant difference between them. The light absorption value of extracts of rye seed after immersed in 8 h under 260 nm had a good correlation with its seed vigor when using ultravio let absorption spectrophotometry determining its seed vigor, which reflected the rye seeds'vigor in a large degree.[Conclusion]The study pro vides a theoretical basis for production, storage and examination of rye seeds.
