[Objective] To select the ultrasonic optimal extraction technology of carnptotbeein( CPT)and IO-hydrxyeamptothecin( HCPT)from Camptotheca acuminate Decne fruits. [Method] Contents of camptothecin and 10-hydrxyeamptothecin were detected by high efficiency liquid ehromatography. Based on single factor test, L9 (34) orthngooal test was conducted to determine the optimal extraction condition. [ Resuh] The optimal extraction condition of camptothecin was as follows: 70% methanol, 1:30(g/ml) solid-liquid ratio, 60 ℃ extraction temperature, and 25 rain extraction time. The optimal extraction condition of 10-hydrxycamptothecin was as follows: 60% methanol, 1: 30(8/nd) solid-liquid ratio, 60 ℃ extraction temperature, and 20 rain extraction time. Verification test showed that the average extraction rates of camptothecin and 10-hydrxycamptothecin were 0.719‰ and 0. 238‰, with RSD being 1.99% and 1.79%, respectively. [ Conclusion] This method was stable and feasible. And the optimal extraction technologies of camptothecin and 10-hydrxycarnptothecin born C. acuminate frutits were obtained.%[目的]优选喜树果中喜树碱及10-羟基喜树碱的超声提取工艺.[方法]采用高效液相色谱测定喜树果中喜树碱及10-羟基喜树碱的含量,并在单因素试验的基础上采用L9(34)正交试验确定最佳提取条件.[结果]喜树碱最佳提取条件为:甲醇浓度70%,料液比1∶30(g/ml),提取温度60℃,提取时间25min;10-羟基喜树碱的最佳提取条件为甲醇浓度60%,料液比1∶30(g/ml),提取温度60℃,提取时间20 min.验证试验表明,喜树碱及10-羟基喜树碱的平均提取率分别为0.719‰和0.238‰,RSD分别为1.99%和1.79%.[结论]该工艺稳定可行,优选出了喜树果中喜树碱及10-羟基喜树碱的超声提取工艺.
