不同配方培养基对羊肚菌菌丝生长及菌核和子实体形成的影响

         

摘要

[Objective] The aim was to study the best culture media for growth of mycelial and formation of sclerotium and fruiting bodies of Morchella esculenta. [ Method ] Five culture media, walnut (Juglans regia L. ) tree leaching solution medium, Morchella esculenta fruiting bodies leaching solution medium,camphor[ Cinnamonwn camphora (L. ) Presl. ] wood leaching solution medium,fresh seedlings of garlic(Allium sati-vum) leaching solution medium, and Morchella esculenta footing soil leaching solution medium, were used to cultivate three important morel strains Ml ,M2 and M3,and the performance in the phrasal sense of sclerotium production and its cultural characteristics of three strains in different media were observed. [ Result ] The results showed that strain M3 did not produce sclerotia without casing, and then produced much sclerotia after casing. In addition .strain M3 formed a certain number of primordia in fresh seedlings of garlic leaching solution medium. [ Conclusion] Compared with other strains, strain M3 has the potential to form fruiting bodies.%[目的]研究羊肚茵(Morchella esculenta)茵丝生长及菌核和子实体形成的最佳培养基.[方法]对羊肚茵的3个重要菌株采用5种不同的培养基(核桃树浸出液、羊肚菌子实体浸出液、香樟木浸出液、新鲜蒜苗浸出液和当年发生过羊肚菌的基脚土浸出液培养基)进行室内人工仿生栽培试验,并观察不同菌株在不同培养基中产核的阶段性表现以及菌核的培养特征.[结果]在未覆土的条件下,M3菌株未产生菌核,覆土之后,M3菌株产生了大量的菌核,且M3菌株在新鲜蒜苗浸出液培养基中形成了一定数量的原基.[结论]与其他菌株相比,M3菌株可能存在进一步分化形成子实体的潜力.
