[目的]研究不同浓度NAA对甘薯茎尖诱导植株再生的影响.[方法]以甘薯品种烟薯25号、烟薯26号和烟紫薯3号的茎尖为材料,采用不同浓度NAA处理,对甘薯茎尖组织的诱导培养及高效植株再生进行了研究.[结果]烟薯25号较适宜的茎尖诱导培养基为1.0 mg/L NAA+MS,植株再生率为91%;烟薯26号和烟紫薯3号较适宜的茎尖诱导培养基为1.5 mg/L NAA+MS,植株再生率分别为88%和80%.[结论]该研究可为今后开展规模化甘薯脱毒苗生产提供基础资料.%[Objective]To research inducing plant regeneration from tip meristem of sweetpotato.[Method] The tip meristems of Yanshu No. 25,Yanshu No.26 and Yanzishu No.3 were used to study the induction and efficient plant regeneration on the MS medium supplemented with different NAA concentrations.[Result] It was indicated that the suitable tip meristem induction medium for Yanshu No.25 was 1.0 mg/L NAA+MS,the plant regeneration rate was 91%;the suitable tip meristem induction mediums for Yanshu No.26 and Yanzishu No.3 were 1.5 mg/L NAA+MS,the plant regeneration rates were 88% and 80%.[ Conclusion] The research can provide basic data for carrying out large-scale virus-free sweetpotato production in the future.
