农业院校食品专业校外实习基地建设问题及思考

摘要

In this paper,the problems faced by the construction of off-campus practice bases in agricultural universities were analyzed.Taking Anhui Agriculture University as an example,the countermeasures and suggestions were put forward such as establishing the win-win mechanism of school enterprise cooperation,playing the role of the diversified platform of practice base and strengthening the innovation of management mode, which was based on the practice of building off-campus practice base on food specialty in Anhui Agriculture University.%分析当前农业高校校外实习基地建设所面临的诸多问题,并以安徽农业大学为例,结合当前学校食品专业校外实习基地建设的实践,提出建立校企合作共赢机制、发挥实习基地多样化平台作用以及加强管理模式创新等方面的对策和建议.
