新型城镇化背景下城郊失地农民的城市融入研究——以安徽省肥西县顺和社区为例

摘要

With the rapid development of a new type of human-centered urbanization,it is one of urgent problems for suburban land-lost farmers to become the real citizens in a short time. This paper takes Shunhe community in Feixi county as an example,investigates the current situation of land-lost farmers,understands their integration difficulties,explores the restricted factors,and then puts forward the realistic approach to accelerate the land-lost farmers into the city,namely, external transformation and internal remodeling.%伴随着以人为中心的新型城镇化的快速发展,城郊失去土地的农民如何在短时间内成为真正意义上的市民已成为当前城市化最迫切需要解决的问题之一.文章以合肥城郊的肥西县顺和社区为例,通过实地调研失地农民的现状,了解其融入城市的困难所在,从理论上探究融入城市的制约因素,由此提出加快失地农民融入城市的现实路径,即外在转型和内在重塑.
