基于 ANSYS Workbench 的捆扎机热合板顶杆有限元分析

         

摘要

以果园苗木捆扎机热合板顶杆为研究对象,利用CAD/CAM 软件Pro/E建立顶杆的参数化特征模型,采用新一代有限元分析软件 ANSYS Workbench 对所建模型进行线性静力学和模态有限元仿真研究。分析结果表明:热合板顶杆在极限位置弹簧拉力的作用下,其静刚度满足使用要求;热合板顶杆的最高工作转速远低于其1阶临界转速,有效地避免了共振的发生。这说明,顶杆结构设计合理,可为顶杆的其它动力学分析奠定基础。%Taking the ejector-rob of hot-plate for the orchard seedling strapping machine as the research object , the parametric feature model of ejector-rob is established by using the CAD/CAM software Pro/E.Using the new generation software ANSYS Workbench of finite element analysis make the linear static and modal finite element simulation for the model .The analysis results show that the action of static rigidity of the ejector-rob of hot-plate in the limit position meet the using requirements under the tension of spring;The maximum working speed of ejector-rob of hot-plate is far below the first critical speed.The occurrence of resonance is avoided effectively.The results show that the structure of ejec-tor rob is reasonable in design .And it lays the foundation for the other dynamics analysis of the ejector-rob .
