香蕉秸秆挤压脱水机设计及控制系统研究

摘要

收获香蕉的同时会产生大量香蕉秸秆，如需再利用，必须解决香蕉秸秆的脱水干燥问题。为此，根据挤压脱水原理，设计了一种香蕉秸秆挤压式脱水机，对挤压式脱水机进行了方案设计、结构设计以及液压传动与控制系统的设计，研究了其控制方法。结果表明，此设备能完全实现自动控制，可节省人力，并大大提高工作效率。%Harvested bananas at the same time will produce a lot of banana stalks , banana stalks for reuse , must solve the problem of banana stalks of dehydration .In this paper , according to the principle of extrusion dehydration , we design a banana stalks extrusion type dryer , squeeze dewatering machine is provided for the design and structure design , and the design of the hydraulic transmission and control system , study the control method , if the equipment can completely realize the automatic control , saves the manpower , greatly improving the efficiency .
