According to a new plug seedlings for automatic pick seedlings device , and its structural characteristics analy-sis of control requirements , we design of the adaptive Fuzzy-PID controller in Matlab simulation modeling , and develop the experimental analysis .By designing the seedlings institutions control system hardware circuit and software program , we complete of the control system design .Experiments resultshow that the control system can be realized taking seedlings seedling tray conveyor mechanism stepper positioning control , basically meet the seedling tray convey or positioning accu-racy requirements and improve immunity system and operational stability .%针对一种新型穴盘苗自动取苗装置,根据其结构特点分析控制要求,设计了自适应 Fuzzy-PID 控制器,在Matlab 中进行了仿真建模和实验分析,对取苗机构控制系统的硬件电路和软件程序进行了设计和开发,完成控制系统设计。实验分析表明:该控制系统可实现取苗机构中苗盘输送的步进定位控制,能够满足苗盘输送的定位精度要求以及改善系统的抗干扰性和作业稳定性,为该取苗机构进行高效作业提供保障。
