The present invention relates to a method for suppressing the over-growth of tomato plug seedlings and improving quality of the plug seedlings by control of the quality of light. The environmentally friendly method of the present invention is possible to suppress the over-growth of the plug seedlings intensively cultivated and improve quality of the plug seedlings, thereby producing high quality tomato plug seedlings in large quantities.
