拖拉机双离合器自动变速器传动系统建模与仿真分析

         

摘要

拖拉机双离合器自动变速器( Dual Clutch Transmission of Tractor , DCT )以其独特的双离合器、双输入轴结构特点,克服了拖拉机手动变速器换挡过程中动力中断的缺点,对提高拖拉机的工作效率来说,是一个很大的进步。为此,建立了拖拉机发动机模型和 DCT 传动系统动力学模型,并提出将换挡过程分为5个阶段;基于 Mat-Lab/Simulink/Stateflow 软件平台,建立了拖拉机DCT 传动系统的仿真模型,对换挡过程进行了仿真。结果表明:通过该仿真模型可以观测油压、转速、转矩、冲击度及滑磨功等参数的变化情况,并可在不同工况下比较相关参数在不同工况下的变化,旨在为双离合器自动变速器在拖拉机上的应用研究提供了一些基本的理论依据和模型基础。%Dual clutch automatic transmission for tractor ( Dual Clutch Transmission of Tractor , DCT ) with a double clutch and its unique dual inputing axis structure characteristics ,overcomes the interruption of power tractor manual trans-mission shift process shortcomings .To improve the working efficiency of the tractor , it is a great progress .The establish-ment of the tractor engine dynamic model and the DCT model of the transmission system ,and then on the basis of Matlab/Simulink/Stateflow software platform , the establishment of the simulation model of tractor DCT transmission system , the shift process were simulated .Results show that the changes can be observed in the oil pressure , rotation rate,torque,im-pact,the friction work and other parameters of the simulation model ,and variation of the comparative correlative parame-ters with different working conditions can be observed .Finally , it can provide some basic theoretical basis and foundation for the application of the model of dual clutch automatic transmission on a tractor .
