一种谷粒粒形参数的高通量智能检测方法

         

摘要

结合农业科技创新政策,面向谷粒农作物开展快速智能检测农艺性状的需求,提出高精度谷物籽粒形态特征参数检测的方法,并利用现代实验室中常备的数码单反相机、三脚架、直尺和计算机等仪器设备,构建谷物粒形参数高通量检测环境,能够减少设备投资,提高现有设备的利用率和使用灵活性。通过与用游标卡尺人工测量结果的比较分析发现:对于长宽结果,两者间具有极显著的相关关系,且两种方法所取得的结果差异不显著。该方法极大地提高了检测效率和稳定性,能够满足对谷粒粒形参数的检测需求,实现谷物籽粒样本高通量的粒形参数检测。%The combination of policy agricultural science and technology innovation , for grain crops traits to carry out rapid intelligent detection and agronomic , proposed method of grain shape parameters , using modern laboratory instru-ment standing in the digital SLR camera , tripod , three ruler and calculating machines and other equipment , to construc-tion of cereal grain shape parameters of high-throughput detection environment .Reduce the equipment investment , to improve the utilization of existing equipment and the use flexibility .The comparative result of artificial measurement re-sults of vernier caliper for the length and the width , there is a significant relationship between the two methods , and the results were not significantly different , which greatly improves the detection efficiency and stability , which can meet the needs of test of grain shape parameters detection , to achieve high flux of particle shape parameter .
