影响气爆式核桃破壳取仁的因素探究

摘要

By studying the physical characteristics of the three kinds of Xinjiang walnuts , such as walnut geometries , shell thickness , the thickness of the membrane , we can analyze the factors which is important to the effect of breaking walnut shell in gas explosion .While through experiments we conduct research into the effect of breaking shell with the kinds of walnuts under different pressure values and draw the relationships between the three physical characteristics and the effect of the impact of walnut shell broken .For the subsequent development of air-burst shell walnut broken ma-chines,it can provide a theoretical basis .%通过研究新疆3种核桃的几何尺寸、壳体厚度、内隔膜厚度等核桃的物理特性，分析在气爆式核桃破壳方式中影响破壳效果的重要因素。同时，通过实验对不同品种核桃在不同气压值下的破壳效果进行了研究，得出这3种物理特性对核桃破壳效果的影响规律，为后续研制气爆式核桃破壳机提供理论依据。
