基于虚拟仿真技术的甘蔗收割机喂入装置研究

     

摘要

针对小型甘蔗收割机阻塞严重和机械效率低的问题,提出了收割机的优化方案,主要包括对喂入装置倾斜角度、刀片转速和收割机行进速度的优化。设计了喂入装置的参数尺寸,并使用 UG 6.0建立了优化后虚拟样机的三维模型,将模型导入到 ADMAS软件中进行了运动学仿真,对3种优化项目进行正交仿真模拟实验,得到了3种优化项目对收割机收割效果的显著性影响结果。由显著性计算结果可以看出:只有一次的喂入率小于90%,最佳整秆率组合为A1B2C2,最低损失率和漏割率组合为A2B1C1和A1B3C3。对漏割率和损失率进行方差分析发现:A和B 对漏割率的影响显著,C 和B 对损失率的影响显著,因此需要综合考虑这些因素,使收割机的收割效果达到最优。%Aiming at the problem that the obstruction of the small sugarcane harvester and the mechanical efficiency is low, the optimization scheme of the harvester is put forward.The parameters dimensions of feeding device are designed, and the 3 D model of the virtual prototype is established by using UG6 .0 .The model is imported into ADMAS software , and the simulation experiment is carried out.The results of three kinds of optimization projects are obtained.The results showed that only one feed rate was less than 90%,the best overall rate was A21B2C2, and the lowest loss rate and the rate of leakage cut were A2 B1 C1 and A1 B3 C3 .The variance analysis of the drain rate and loss rate showed that the effect of B and A on the drain rate was significant, and the effect of B and C on the loss rate was significant.Therefore, the effect of the harvester was optimized in the design process of the harvester.
