吊杯式移栽机成穴机构的成穴阻力试验

         

摘要

The hole forming mechanism is one of the main working components of the hanging cup type transplanting ma-chine, and its working performance directly affects the quality and efficiency of the transplanting machine and the hole forming resistance. the operation parameters and structure parameters of cavitation mechanism of hanging cup type trans-planting machine on acupoint resistance were investigated. Which using self-developed copying Cavitation mechanism of soil bin test bench, orthogonal experiment of hole forming resistance simulating the field operation condition was carried out. The forward speed of the hole forming mechanism, the rotational speed of the crank shaft and the width of the hole on the hole forming resistance were analyzed. The results show that the speed of the crank shaft of the forming mechanism has the most significant influence on the resistance of the hole. Under the conditions of crankshaft speed of 0. 3m/s, spade wide of 40mm~70mm, advancing velocity of 0. 3m/s, the combination of experimental factors meets the require-ments of the tobacco seedling transplanting and reducing the hole forming resistance. The experimental results provide the basis for the optimization design of the hole forming mechanism.%成穴机构是吊杯式移栽机的主要工作部件之一,其作业性能直接影响移栽机栽植质量、效率及成穴作业阻力。为深入研究吊杯式移栽机的成穴机构作业参数及结构参数对成穴阻力的影响规律,利用自主研制的仿形成穴机构土槽试验台架,模拟成穴机构田间作业状况进行成穴阻力正交试验,分析了成穴机构的前进速度、曲轴转速及成穴铲宽对成穴阻力的影响;利用成穴阻力试验数据,应用 ANSYS Workbench 15.0对成穴铲进行有限元分析。结果表明:成穴机构的曲轴转速对成穴阻力影响最为显著;当参数组合为成穴机构的曲轴转速0.3m/s、成穴铲宽40~70mm、前进速度0.3m/s 时,满足烟草钵苗移栽的成穴农艺和减低成穴阻力要求,成穴铲设计满足强度要求。试验结果可为成穴机构的优化设计提供依据。
