Objective To analyze the clinical manifestations , treatment methods and clinical results of diabetic pa-tients with hyperthyroidism .Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on data of 65 cases of diabetes mellitus with hyperthyroidism patients who treated in our hospital from November 2012 to November 2014 , the clinical manifesta-tions of the patients were analyzed , and the patients were treated with hypoglycemic , diet control and anti -thyroid drugs.The clinical treatment effect was explored .Results There were a total of 65 cases included in this study , and af-ter specific and comprehensive treatment , the clinical manifestations of all the patients were eased and improved to some extend.The thyroid function of TSH , FT3 and FT4,body mass index , fasting blood-glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose of the patients were returned to normal levels , and there were significant differences before and after treat-ment (P<0.05).Conclusions For the treatment ofdiabetes mellitus with hyperthyroidism , clear diagnosis at an early stage is needed , in order to make the personalized diagnosis and treatment options according to the specific symptoms and actual situtation , then reasonable use the hypoglycemic and anti -thyroid drugs to increase the effective rate of clinical treatment,improve the life quality of the patients , and improve the health status of the patients .%目的 对糖尿病合并甲状腺功能亢进的临床表现、治疗方法和临床效果进行分析. 方法 分析2012年11月~2014年11月收治的接受糖尿病合并甲状腺亢进症治疗的患者65例的临床资料,对患者的临床表现进行分析,并给予降糖、饮食控制和抗甲状腺药物,对患者的临床治疗效果进行探讨. 结果 实验研究中共有患者65例,经过针对性和全面的治疗后所有患者的临床症状均得到了一定的缓解和改善,患者TSH、FT3、FT4等甲状腺功能、体质量以及空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖均恢复到了正常的水平,患者治疗后TSH、FT3、FT4、体质量以及空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖与治疗前具有明显差异,具有统计学意义( P<0.05 ). 结论 在对糖尿病合并甲状腺功能亢进患者实施治疗的过程中,应该在早期进行明确的诊断,根据患者的具体症状和实际情况制定个性化的诊断和治疗方案,合理的运用降糖和抗甲状腺药物,提高临床治疗的治疗和有效性,改善患者的生活质量,提高患者的健康状况.
