糖尿病合并甲状腺功能亢进症诊治分析

摘要

对糖尿病合并甲状腺功能亢进患者的临床治疗效果、治疗方法及临床表现做进一步分析。方法对2012年1月至2013年1月重庆市第三人民医院收治的70例糖尿病合并甲状腺功能亢进患者临床资料进行回顾与分析，分析糖尿病合并甲状腺功能亢进症诊治及疗效。结果本组患者在进行诊治以后，患者症状都得到一定程度的缓解，甲状腺功能及体质量都恢复到正常水平。空腹血糖恢复到5．0～7．0mmol/L，餐后2h血糖在7．5～11．0 mmol/L。结论在临床中，要根据糖尿病合并甲状腺功能亢进症患者的具体症状进行个体化诊治，这样才能使患者的健康状况得到明显提高。%Objective To analyze the diagnosis and treatment of diabetes mellitus complicated with hyperthy‐roidism .Methods Clinical data of 70 patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with hyperthyroidism ,treated in this hospital during Jan .2012 and Jan .2013 ,were retrospectively analyzed .Results After treatment ,the clinical symp‐toms of all patients were alleviated to some extent .Thyroid function and body mass were restored to normal levels . Levels of fasting plasma glucose returned to 5 .0 -7 .0 mmol/L ,and levels of 2 h postprandial blood glucose were 7 .5-11 .0 mmol/L .Conclusion Individuated therapy should performed for the treatment of diabetes complicated with hyperthyroidism to improve the health status of patients .
