社会共生视域下职业教育师资培训联盟机制构建研究

         

摘要

A theory of Social Symbiosis ,which can be widely used in areas such as sociology and ped-agogy ,is a sort of epistemology and research paradigm .This article introduces the theory of social symbiosis into the research of education and training for vocational education teachers ,reexamines the relationship among symbiotic units such as government ,industries and enterprises ,vocational schools , institutions of education and training for teachers and other social organizations . The study tries to construct the symbiosis model in the form of alliance , to form the symbiotic mechanism based on equality ,mutual benefit and reciprocity ,and to provide new ideas and measures to analyze and solve the problems that is encountered in education and training for vocational education teachers in China .%社会共生理论是一种被广泛应用于社会学与教育学等领域的认识论与研究范式。将社会共生理论引入职业教育师资培训研究领域,以共生视角重新审视政府、行业企业、职业院校、师资培训机构等社会组织机构之间的关系,构建联盟形式的共生模式,形成平等互利的共生机制,有利于为分析和解决当前我国职业教育师资培训工作遇到的问题提供新的思路和对策。
