The training needs of backbone teachers for the basic education in China are investigated. This study indicates that there are significant differences in training willingness of the teachers with different teaching ages, professional titles, or different school stages. Analysis shows that there are differences in preference of different teachers for training contents and methods. In order to improve the quality of teacher training, the authors advice to perfect training mechanism and arouse teachers, training motivation, to strengthen training planning and expand the comprehensive benefits of training, to optimize training content and enhance the pertinence of training, and to change training method and improve training effectiveness.%通过对我国中小学幼儿园骨干教师培训需求现状进行调查研究发现,不同教龄、职称或任教学段的骨干教师参训意愿程度存在显著差异;不同性别、教龄、任教学段、职称或任教地区的骨干教师对不同培训类型的喜欢程度存在差异;不同性别、教龄、任教学段、职称或任教地区的骨干教师对不同培训内容或培训方式的喜欢程度存在显著差异.为提高骨干教师培训质量,建议完善培训机制,激发教师参训动力;加强教师培训规划,发挥项目综合效益;优化教师培训内容,增强培训针对性;改进教师培训方式,提升培训实效性.
