'肩三推'改良肩关节松动术治疗肩关节周围炎临床观察

摘要

目的:观察"肩三推"改良肩关节松动术治疗肩关节周围炎(scapulohumeral periarthritis, SP)的临床疗效.方法:共纳入80例, 按照就诊顺序采用随机数字表法随机分为治疗组和对照, 每组40例.治疗组采用"肩三推"改良肩关节松动术治疗; 对照组采用口服塞来昔布(西乐葆)治疗.连续治疗4星期后观察患者肩关节疼痛和运动功能改善情况.结果:治疗组总有效率为 87.5%, 对照组总有效率为 80.0%, 两组总有效率差异有统计学意义 (P<0.05).结论:"肩三推"改良肩关节松动术治疗SP方法简单,疗效可靠.%Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the three-step modified shoulder joint mobilization in treating scapulohumeral periarthritis (SP).Methods:Totally 80 subjects were recruited and divided into a treatment group and a control group by using the random number table, 40 in each group. The treatment group was intervened by the three-step modified shoulder joint mobilization; the control group was by oral administration of Celebrex. After successive 4-week treatment, the improvement of shoulder pain and motor function was observed.Results:The total effective rate was 87.5% in the treatment group versus 80.0% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The three-step modified shoulder joint mobilization is easy-to-operate and effective in treating SP.
