基于LabVIEW的推进系统热管理试验台架测控系统设计

         

摘要

设计了能够模拟多个热源变工况的推进系统热管理试验台架测控系统。确定了测控系统方案,进行了硬件设计;选用 LabVIEW作为试验台架测控系统开发平台,通过调用动态链接库对数据采集、控制输出、数据显示、数据保存和超限报警等功能模块进行了分析与编程,完成了软件的设计开发。最后对测控系统进行了试验验证,结果表明:测控系统误差在允许范围内,能够满足热管理试验台架的功能需求。%A measurement and control system of propulsion system thermal management test bench is de-signed and used to simulate multiple heat source variable conditions.The measurement and control sys-tem program is determined and hardware design is done.The software LabVIEW is selected as the devel-opment platform of measurement and control system,and its design and development are completed through analysis and programming of the function modules such as data acquisition,control output,data display,data preservation,limit alarm and so on by calling dynamic link library.Finally,the measure-ment and control system is verified.The results show that error of the measurement and control system is in the allowable range,which can meet the functional requirements of the thermal management test bench.
