腹腔镜胆囊切除术中及术后出血八例教训分析

摘要

Objective To discuss the recongnition, surgical treatment, and lessons of hemorrhage of gallbladder after laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods The clinical data of 8 patients with the hemorrhage of gallbladder after laparoscopic cholecysectomy from May 2002 to August 2010. Results Eight cases were recovery. Three cases of hemorrhage of gallbladder during cholecystectomy,5 cases of hemorrhage of gallbladder after cholecystectomy. Conclusion The prevention of hemorrhage of gallbladder during cholecystectomy lays emphasis on the basic theory and careful manipulation.%目的 探讨对腹腔镜胆囊切除术(laparoscopic cholecystectomy,LC)出血性并发症的认识、处理及教训.方法 回顾性分析2002年5月至2010年8月LC发生出血性并发症8例的临床资料.结果 术中活动性出血3例,均中转开腹止血;术后出血5例,行开腹手术2例,行保守治疗3例.全部病人治愈.结论 重视基础理论、基本知识和加强基本功的训练是减少或避免LC出血性并发症发生的根本和关键.
