吉林省体育运动学校文化课教师队伍现状调查与分析

摘要

Jilin province sports school sports talents is the main way and important training base,is the province sports a solid foundation for sustainable development,strengthen cultural studies teachers is to promote school sports in our province a comprehensive,coordinated,the key to sustainable development.The use of literature and data,questionnaires,interviews and other research methods,through sports and cultural studies teachers of basic schools and the work status of investigation and analysis,by insisting,＂the length of employment,＂to improve teacher job satisfaction,implementation of the Talents school strategies to development.%吉林省体育运动学校是我省竞技体育后备人才培养的主要途径和重要基地,是我省竞技体育可持续发展的坚实基础,加强文化课教师队伍建设是促进我省体育运动学校全面、协调、可持续发展的关键所在.运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法等研究方法,通过对体育运动学校文化课教师的基本情况和工作现状进行调查分析,提出坚持＂用人之长＂、提高教师工作满意度、实施人才强校战略等发展对策.
