教育公平视角下进城农民工子女义务教育问题探析

         

摘要

随着社会主义市场经济的发展,我国工业化、城镇化进程加快,大批农民进城务工经商,农民工在为我国经济社会发展和城市建设做出重大贡献的同时,在迁入城市中也面临种种社会不公,尤其是随迁子女在接受义务教育阶段入学、升学及教育过程中应享有的教育资源等各个环节存在障碍和困难,并由此衍生出一系列的问题。教育公平是社会公平的基础与核心,教育公平对社会个体来讲,关乎农民工家庭的生存与发展,对社会整体来讲,关乎社会的公平正义与稳定和谐。基于教育公平的角度,对困扰进城农民工子女义务教育中存在的体制和政策壁垒问题进行剖析,探索解决问题的思路与对策。%With the development of the socialist market economy and the acceleration of industrialization and urbanization, a large number of farmers enter cities to work or do business. Migrant workers made a signifi⁃cant contribution to the economic and social development and the construction of city, but they face a variety of social injustice in the cities where they live, especially the difficulties of their children’s enrollment in compul⁃sory education stage, admission to schools of a higher level. Educational equity is the basis and core of social justice, and it concerns the survival and development of migrant workers families as well as the social equity and stable. Based on the educational equity, this paper analyzes the problems of the system and policy barriers existing in the compulsory education of migrant workers’children to explore the countermeasures to solve the problem.
