Objective To compare the treatment outcome of the Microsurgical repaired technique and the Traditional repaired technique for flexor tendon injuries in zone Ⅱ. Method 80 cases of flexor tendon injuries in zone Ⅱ were selected,and 172 tendons were treated by Microsurgical surgery and Traditional repaired technique as our study objects. According to single and double date at random,they were di-vided into traditional group 37 cases and 80 tendons that received the traditional surgical treatment and microsurgical group 43 cases and 92 tendons which received microsurgical surgery treatment. After operation,they all took early functional exercise. Results Followed - up for 6 ~ 10 months,according to TAM standard,there were statistically significant differences in microsurgical repair group and the therapeutic effect of traditional repair group(P ﹤ 0. 05). The overall therapeutic effect of microsurgical repair group(the excellent rate was 86. 9% ) was better than the traditional repair group(the excellent rate was 53. 7% ). Conclusion The microsurgical repair of flexor tendon injuries in zone Ⅱ operation can be effective in the treatment of the hand,in reducing the adhesion and improving the prognosis effect,significant-ly. The new zone Ⅱ flexor tendon injury is repaired by microsurgery technique,to protect the blood supply of tendon and nutrition and early protected passive activity,which can effectively prevent tendon adhesion,obtain better curative effect.%目的：关于指屈肌腱Ⅱ区损伤显微修复与传统修复的效果比较研究。方法：选取指屈肌腱Ⅱ区损伤手术修复病例80例，172条肌腱，按日期单双号随机分组，分为显微修复组43例、92条肌腱，传统修复组37例、80条肌腱，显微修复组给予显微镜下修复方法，传统修复组给予传统手术方法，术后均早期功能锻炼。结果：随访6~10个月，根据 TAM 标准，显微修复组和传统修复组的治疗效果，差异有统计学意义（ P ﹤0.05），显微修复组的整体治疗效果（优良率86.9％）优于传统修复组（优良率53.7％）。结论：显微修复手术可有效治疗手部Ⅱ区指屈肌腱损伤，在减少粘连、改善预后方面效果显著。对新鲜的Ⅱ区指屈肌腱损伤，采用显微外科技术修复，注意保护肌腱的血运和营养，早期作保护性功能锻炼，可有效地防止肌腱粘连，取得较好的疗效。
