目的：探讨风险识别的护理干预对骨科老年患者围术期发生精神障碍的影响。方法：选择骨科老年手术患者50例，分为研究组与对照组，每组25例。对照组采取常规护理干预方法，研究组应用风险识别的人性化护理干预，分析识别患者围术期发生精神障碍相关风险因素，观察两组患者疗效。结果：骨科老年围术期患者，其麻醉时间、术中失血量、低氧血症，是导致患者发生精神障碍的相关风险因素，均会导致患者发生精神障碍；研究组经识别精神障碍相关因素后，采取风险识别的人性化护理干预，有效降低患者精神障碍发生几率，显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：对于临床骨科老年患者围术期，识别发生精神障碍相关风险因素，并采取人性化护理干预措施，能有效预防骨科老年患者精神障碍的发生，并可以降低各种并发症的形成。%Objective To explore the nursing risk identification intervention on mental disorder in elderly patients with perioperative Department of orthopedics.50 patients in the Department of orthopedics aged operation method were selected according tothe cases of the convenient method,were randomly divided into two groups,study group 25 cases and control group with 25 cases.The control group received routine nursing care interventionMethods,humanized nursing intervention study group application of risk identification,analysis of related risk of perioperative patients with mental disorder factor identification,observation of curative effect of two groups of patients.Results In elderly patients during perioperative period in Department of orthopedics,the duration of anesthesia,intraoperative blood loss,hypoxemia,is the cause of the related risk factors in patients with mental disorder,can cause patients with mental disorders;study group identified mental disorder related factors,taking the humanized nursing intervention of risk identification,effectively reduce the mental disorder patients probability,significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The operative aged patients with clinical department of orthopedics Wei,recognition of mental disorder related risk factors,and to take humanity nursing intervention measures,can effectively prevent the Department of orthopedics in elderly patients with mental disorders,and can reduce the formation of various complications.
