Objective To explore the essential hypertension( HT)complicated with diabetes mellitus( DM)effect and good comprehen-sive care of patients. Method 138 cases of patients with hypertension and DM according to number table were divided into two groups,69 ca-ses in the control group were carried out routine nursing;on the basis of the control group,the observation group of 69 cases were given the implementation of quality comprehensive nursing intervention methods,and the effects were compared between the two groups. Results The blood glucose control was 64 cases,accounted for 92. 75%(64/69),was significantly higher than that of the control group of 51 cases ac-counted for 73. 91%( 51/69 );observation group blood pressure total efficiency( 97. 10%) was higher than that in the control group (81. 16%)(P<0. 05),nursing satisfaction in observation group,the total efficiency(98. 55%)was higher than that in the control group 82. 61%(P<0. 05). Conclusion The quality of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with hypertension and diabetes mellitus nursing satisfaction has a high and significant clinical effect and application value.%目的：探讨原发性高血压（ HT）合并糖尿病（ DM）患者的优质综合护理的影响效果。方法：将138例高血压合并DM患者按照数字表法随机分为两组，对照组69例实施常规护理措施；观察组69例在对照组的基础上实施优质综合护理干预方法，并比较两组的效果。结果：观察组的血糖控制率为64例占92.75%（64/69）明显高于对照组51例占73.91%（51/69）；观察组的血压总有效率为97.10%显著地高于对照组的81.16%（ P<0.05），观察组的护理满意度总有效率为98.55%显著地高于对照组的82.61%（ P<0.05）。结论：高血压合并糖尿病患者的优质综合护理干预具有较高的护理满意度与显著的临床效果及应用价值，
